These terms govern your use of winairlines-casino.com.de, an independent information portal about Winairlines. By accessing this site, you agree to the conditions set out below. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must leave the site immediately.
Definitions
"We", "us" and "our" refer to the operators of winairlines-casino.com.de. "You" and "your" refer to any person accessing this site. "The operator" refers to Winairlines, the gambling service reviewed on this portal. "Content" means all text, images, data and other material published here.
The relationship between you and us
This is an information portal. We are not affiliated with Winairlines, EVENTA DIGITAL LIMITADA, or any of the operator's commercial partners. We do not process registrations, accept deposits, handle withdrawals, or provide customer support for player accounts. Any transaction you make with the operator is governed by their own terms, not ours.
Our role is to present factual information about the operator's services. We publish details of bonuses, payment methods, game libraries, licensing and responsible gambling tools to help you make informed decisions. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of every figure after publication, as the operator may change its terms without notifying us.
Questions about your account, a withdrawal, a bonus or a technical issue must be directed to the operator's own support channels. We cannot intervene in disputes between you and the operator, and we hold no authority over how the operator runs its service.
Your undertakings
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (18+). Access to this site is restricted to adults. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately.
You agree to use this site lawfully and in a manner consistent with these terms. You will not attempt to disrupt the site's operation, introduce malicious code, scrape content for commercial purposes, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Gambling can be addictive. If you choose to register with the operator after reading this site, you do so at your own risk. We strongly recommend setting deposit limits, reading the operator's terms in full, and using the responsible gambling tools available. Free, confidential support is available from GamCare (0808 8020 133, gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).

The Winairlines name and associated trademarks belong to the operator. We use them here solely for the purpose of identification and review, with no suggestion of endorsement or affiliation.
Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is". Whilst we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty about its completeness, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose. Bonus terms, withdrawal limits, game counts and other figures are taken from the operator's own published material, but the operator may change them at any time.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on the information it contains. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from inaccurate data, technical failures, or decisions you make after reading our content.

Our privacy policy, available separately on this site, explains how we handle any personal data you provide through contact forms or cookies.
Amendments and availability
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published here. Continued use of the site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We aim to keep this site available around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of this site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
